The most daunting thing about moving into a university is not knowing who are you going to be living with in a dorm. Most of the time, since new students do not know anyone in their class, they will be assigned someone randomly. Many new students are very nervous before finding out and meeting the person they will be living with. This is pretty reasonable, since they will be living in close quarters for a whole year.
